Walk and be Happy

The best option is a walk in nature, where you can explore the beauties of the scenery and at the same time enjoy the fresh air and relax your body and soul. Try to make your walks interesting, change the routes, and listen to music. Find exciting locations to explore along the way. Pay attention to the environment, connect with nature and feel the beauty inside. Along the way, you will begin to feel that you need these walks, and you will feel happy and fulfilled.

If you walk barefoot, you naturally massage the points on your feet, which improves the flow of energy in the body, as well as massages the vital organs. As the energy flow improves, the blood circulation in the legs and other parts of the body improves, too. Improved circulation results in better tissue oxygenation and cleansing of the cells of toxins. Walking barefoot on grass or sand is a great way for grounding and connecting with Mother Earth and her energy.

The Benefits of Walking

There are many benefits of walking, especially of walking barefoot. The more you practice barefoot walking, the more connected you become to nature. Walking barefoot allows you to ground yourself and fill your body with the energy of the planet which is the healing energy.

You also stimulate your senses so you start to feel that connection, you start to see and hear more. Once you open your heart and expand your energy and love you get it back multiplied. When you send your blessings out to everyone and everything, you are blessed. And suddenly the stress disappears – everyday problems disappear. It’s worth a trying, isn’t it?

What You Can Do

Make walking a habit and you will love it. You will feel happy and your health will improve rapidly. Whenever you can and the weather permits – take off your shoes and walk barefoot. If you are not used to it, do it gradually and cautiously until you get used to it. Your feet will thank you for it. Walk on grass or sand.

Take a moment to stop, close your eyes and feel: feel the grass (sand) under your feet, feel the energy. And listen! What do you hear? Is it the chirping of birds? Or, is it a breeze? Is it the leaves chattering in the treetop? These are just some of the many things you can experience. And smile! Smile to yourself, smile to the birds, smile to the trees… and feel the love that fills up your heart and share it with the world. It will slowly trigger the healing of your body, mind and soul, and will heal your world.
