People see the world in different ways; some are happy, while others suffer. Some see the world as a happy place, others as a jungle full of threats. How do you see the world? Do you see it as it is, or do you see the world as you wish? We usually see the world, not as it is, but as we have been taught to see it. But the choice in how you see the world is yours. Read on to learn more.
“Good” and “Bad” World
We can see the world as a cruel, discriminating place of conflicts, disasters and destruction. This determines that our feelings are negative and we live in misery, mistrust, pain and fear. For us, in this case, the world is nothing but struggle, stress and unhappiness. This “bad’ world was created on our limited beliefs, such as “we must suffer; everything is terrible; we cannot change things”.
However, we can see the world as a happy place, full of possibilities, freedom and creativity. This allows us to see ourselves as successful, ambitious, joyful and creative, and to feel fulfilled in life. In this case, we feel free to reach for opportunities, to be more open to meeting new people and to try new things more often. If we see the world as it is and accept things and people as they are, without judgment, we live in peace.
Be the Master of Your Thoughts
Whether we are aware of it, or not, our thoughts create our reality. Thoughts come and go, and as such, they don’t have a big impact on our lives. However, the thoughts that come back, the thoughts that we pay attention to, the thoughts that make us not feel good, or the thoughts that are there because we do not feel good – these thoughts carry a certain vibration, which, if those thoughts become primary, significantly affect our life and create our reality.
Our thoughts can create health, wealth and happiness, or poverty, sickness and pain. We can dream of perfect life, health and wealth, but if our thoughts go against us, then they create a reality that has nothing to do with our dream life. Our thoughts have no power as long as we do not give them power by engaging in them or identifying with them. When we engage with a certain thought, we begin to feel emotions and vibrate at the frequency of that emotion.

Shift Your Subconscious Beliefs
Words have extraordinary power. When we speak, our words can completely transform our internal state. Affirmations are a powerful tool for changing negative beliefs. We can change our negative subconscious beliefs by using positive affirmations in the present tense. Repeating these affirmations daily will raise our confidence, improve self-esteem, increase productivity, and transform negative feelings. Affirmations can help us overcome limiting beliefs that prevent us from manifesting the life we want.
Peace is a Choice
When we are not happy, it’s easy to blame others or circumstances. But what if for every critic we find one thing to be grateful for? What if for every complaint we find one blessing in our life and appreciate it? Happiness is a choice. And so is peace. We cannot be happy if we constantly see only bad things around us. By focusing on the good things, we can change our lives for the better. So, choose to be happy and feel that peace within yourself. Simply wake up to the peace that hides beneath all fleeting stories. The choice in how you see the world is yours.
