Infused Water

So, if you are ready to start drinking, or to increase your water intake, we suggest you try infused water, because it tastes great and has some additional benefits for your health because it is packed with vitamins and minerals. Plus, you can make it to suit your fruit and vegetable preferences.

How to make infused water?

All you need is a 2-litre glass jar, fruits, and vegetables of your choice, and filtered water. You have to decide which fruits and/or vegetables you want to use, soak the fruits and /or vegetables in a baking soda solution, slice them, and place them in a jar. Fill the jar with filtered water, cover with a lid, or a cling wrap, and leave in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, strain the water, put it in glass bottles, and keep it refrigerated until you drink it.

The benefits of infused water are that you don’t have to drink plain water, plus you take loads of minerals and vitamins that will boost your immune system and improve your health. And you can have a different taste every day, depending on the availability or choice of the fruits and vegetables. You can also drink water infused with only fruits or only vegetables. And don’t forget to drink water slowly, throughout the day, because it will benefit your health the most.
