Ingredients:

  • 60 g Flaxseed
  • 40 g Sesame seeds  
  • 40 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 10 g Beef gelatin
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 200 g Raw honey

Directions:

  1. Finely grind the flaxseed, sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds in a food processor.
  2. Add the beef gelatin and raisins to the mixture and grind for another 30 seconds.
  3. Pour honey into a medium bowl, add the mixture and stir well to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a glass jar, close the lid and place in the refrigerator.

Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the morning before breakfast. You can combine this remedy with the application of the Bay Leaf Oil for better results.
