Ingredients:
- 6 medium-sized bananas, peeled
- 150 g dark chocolate, melted
- 2 tbsp of organic almond milk
- 2 tbsp organic coconut oil
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp almond flakes, toasted
Directions:
Step 1
Line a tray with baking paper.

Step 2
Peel the bananas and insert an ice cream stick in one end of each banana. Place the bananas on a lined tray and put them in the freezer for an hour, or until frozen.

Step 3
Meanwhile, mix the walnuts, coconut, and toasted almond flakes in a small bowl and set aside.

Step 4
Place the chocolate in a small saucepan, add the almond milk and melt it over a medium saucepan of boiling water, stirring constantly. Add the coconut oil and mix well to combine. Pour the chocolate mix into a tall glass.

Step 4
Quickly dip half of one banana into the chocolate mixture to coat, then return to the tray and sprinkle with the nut mixture. Repeat with the remaining bananas.

Step 5
Return the tray to the freezer for 10 minutes to set.

- Replace the walnuts with raw, unsalted cashew nuts.
