Sunny days are a great time to think about self-care. With longer days and warmer weather, there are more opportunities to change your routine and do something different. These are some self-care ideas to do on a sunny day. Enjoy!

- Have a picnic in the park
After a busy day, a picnic is just what you need. However, if you are not an outdoor type, please consider the many benefits of a picnic, such as taking a moment to reflect, meditating in nature, breathing fresh air and getting some vitamin D. Therefore, pack up your picnic basket and go to your favourite park.
- Take a road trip
Pack your bag, take a car, go and explore. Go somewhere you’ve always wanted to go. If you don’t want to travel far, you can always visit places around the town you have never explored before.
- Enjoy the sunshine
Go for a walk to your favourite park or beach as much as you can and get your Vitamin D.
