Nature therapy has been used since ancient times as a way of healing people by reconnecting them with nature. Today nature therapy is used as a therapeutic process that applies natural environment and resources to promote physical and mental healing. Research has shown that being in nature helps people heal faster from anxiety and depression, so many hospitals use it as a type of therapy. It is even more helpful as it is experienced with all the senses.

Living in cities creates an extraordinary amount of stress in everyday life, so it is very important for everyone, especially people with mental health issues, to get out into nature as it relieves at least a little of the stress. Therefore, make it a habit to regularly practice some of the outdoor activities, or walk in nature at least 3 times a week. Allow your senses to experience the abundance that surrounds you. And be grateful for that.
