Did You Know That… Being Centred

Did you know that being centred can help you overcome everyday problems, solve dilemmas and improve your health? And most of all, it can make you happier. Keep reading to find out more.

Modern life brings all that stress and rush into our lives. It makes us just go through life without having time to stop, pay attention to the environment, breathe and be present. Our brain works on our safety, warning us of all the hazards in the environment, while at the same time, we are exposed to the media narratives that distress us in a certain way on a daily basis.

Most of us just keep rushing through life trying to make a living and complete all the tasks, not only in our work but also in the household tasks in our homes and our families. And we constantly struggle to have more, to do more, we always question the past and fear what the future brings. Unfortunately, this is how we live today.

The thoughts we constantly think about begin to shape our reality, affect our actions and activities, our behaviour and attitude. Therefore, if we engage with negative thoughts, we attract alike, and this is related to everything, from health, wealth and work, to love, friendships and success. A great part of our thoughts comes from our subconsciousness. Our thoughts impact our words, and that governs our actions. These actions then define our habits, and this creates our character. And all that determines the quality of our life.

The feeling of fear rises from worry. We tend to worry about many things, even if worry gets us nowhere. We keep asking ourselves “what if” and the “what ifs” cause worry, and the worry drives us to fear. And in a state of fear, we cannot think clearly, we cannot see clearly, we tend to make wrong decisions, we create scenarios that have nothing to do with the real reality, but become our reality, because we vibrate at low frequency and that vibration clouds the soul’s senses. Before we know it, here we are – moving in that same circle, not seeing an “exit”. And, before we know it, we become ill, so we have more reason to worry, more reason to justify the fear and more reason to become depressed. We no longer care if we don’t eat healthy or live our lives to their full potential. We don’t care if we can change things, because it’s something we don’t even think about.

How sad that is!!! What a waste of human life!!!

In fact, we were not created to live such life. We are much more than just a physical body suffering from all these conditions and symptoms, nor the physical goods we want to possess. We are also energy, light, emotion, love… And that is what we have forgotten.

What can we do?

At times when you feel overwhelmed, the solution is not to do more to catch up, but to do less. Sit quietly and just be present. Notice what is around you. Hear the sounds and see the light and colours. What did you fail to see whilst your attention was focused on so many scattered things? Even if it seems like you have so much to do, you do not have to do it all by yourself. Take a moment to breathe. Think about the things you can be grateful for. Get centred with your breath and with a gratitude list. Just be. You will soon know what is most important. By simply being, you will connect to your higher self. The solutions to the problems will come on their own. Your mind will calm down. Your body will begin to heal. Just sit and breathe. Do not fear; Do not worry; Trust! Just go to the centre, and you will make wiser choices and healthier habits. And you will never feel alone again. Feel that support from within.

And if you don’t know what to do next, just call on God or your guides and ask for help. Remember, you were never alone. Your soul and your angels were always with you, talking to you and leaving you signs along the road, but you were too busy to hear them or see the signs. So, all you need to do is quiet your mind and get centred. And pay attention to the signs along the way.

And remember that you are so very loved.
