Did You Know That… Salt Lamp

The soul of the salt lamp is a crystal excavated from the Himalayas. Its origins are more than 250 million years old. Terrestrial life originates from the prehistoric sea, and these crystals have preserved the original ingredients of these seas. Himalayan crystal salt contains 84 types of minerals, which can be found in the same composition in human blood, tears, and amniotic fluid. As the prehistoric sea dried up, the salts that remained absorbed the power of sunlight. The Himalayan mountains have preserved and crystallised these pure powers for millions of years. Salt lamps are probably the most natural and healthiest artificial light sources. Electrical devices bombard the air with positive ions that are harmful to the human body, as they cause fatigue, impaired concentration, and sleep disorders. As they warm up, the salt crystal lamp constantly emits negative ions and thus protects us from electrosmog.

What are the benefits of the salt lamp?

The Himalayan salt lamp neutralises the electromagnetic radiation of electrical appliances and devices (TV, computers), balancing the charges of positive ions.

It is known to help uplift the mood of those who are affected by depression and chronic fatigue, and has been used as a natural treatment for arthritis, migraines, and ADD. It also releases that which is not serving the physical body and cleanses the energy field by removing energetic debris.

The Himalayan salt crystals combine the power of the 250-million-year-old prehistoric sea (source of earthly life), the Himalayan mountains, crystals, and spiritual forces. Apart from all the above, they are beautiful and very decorative.
