Chia Green Smoothie

Green smoothies are one of the healthiest ways to start the day. They are a great source of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Preparation: 10 minutes

Ingredients for Chia Seeds Green Smoothie:

1 handful spinach

1 celery stick chopped

½ cup frozen blueberries

1 banana sliced

1 cup free range almond milk

2 teaspoons ground chia seeds

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Soak the vegetables in baking soda solution for 15 minutes. Rinse, pet to dry with a paper towel and chop.
  2. Put vegetables in a blender, add sliced banana, blueberries, lemon juice, almond milk and chia seeds and blend until smooth.
  3. Divide the smoothie between two serving glasses.
