5 Homemade Face Masks

Facials are an excellent way to keep your skin healthy, but they can be expensive, so if you’re looking for homemade face masks this is the right place for you.

Because we live a hectic life full of stress, smog, unhealthy food, and not the healthiest water, exposed to plastics and other toxic effects of the industry around us, our face and hair reflect these effects and show premature signs of aging. That is why it is extremely important to take care of the health of hair and skin and the whole body. We suggest an easy and inexpensive way to do this at least once a week, but in a way that achieves multiple benefits. If you follow these steps, for an hour you will take care not only of the health of your hair and facial skin, but you will also relax and connect with your inner self.

These steps are as follows:

  1. Prepare a cup of green tea;
  2. Whisk your favorite hair mask and apply on your hair as described in the recipe;
  3.   Whisk your favorite face mask and apply it on your face as described in the recipe;
  4. Cut two slices of well-washed cucumber **, lie down in a quiet room, put cucumber slices on closed eyes, relax and get all thoughts out of your head. Concentrate on your breathing and don’t let thoughts come to you.
  5. Wash your face as described in the recipe and drink your cup of tea.
  6. Wash your hair as described in the recipe.

** You can put 2 chamomile tea bags in warm water for 1 minute, squeeze them – leaving them dump enough, and use them to relax your eyes instead of cucumber.
