What is serenity… keep reading to find out…
The feeling of fear rises from worry. We tend to worry about many things, even if worry gets us nowhere. We keep asking ourselves “what if,” and the “what ifs” cause worry, and the worry drives us to fear. And in a state of fear, we cannot think clearly, we cannot see clearly, we tend to make wrong decisions, and we create scenarios that have nothing to do with reality, but become our reality. When we vibrate at a low frequency, that vibration clouds the soul’s senses. Before we know it, here we are – moving in that same circle, not seeing an “exit”. And, before we know it, we become ill, so we have more reason to worry, more reason to justify the fear and more reason to become depressed. We no longer care if we don’t eat healthy, or live our lives to their full potential. We don’t care if we can change things, because it’s something we don’t even think about.

How sad that is!!! What a waste of human life!!!
We offer you a simple exercise that you can do multiple times, until you get out of the state of worry and fear, and enter a state of peace and serenity:
Close your eyes and imagine that you are sleeping and, in your dream, see yourself in a beautiful environment, surrounded by beautiful nature, beautiful kind people, children, animals… Everyone loves each other, and everyone is happy. Listen to the sounds of nature, hear these sounds, hear joyful laughter, see colours and shapes, see these happy faces…. Look at the clouds that cover your soul and place all your worries, all your problems and all your “what ifs” in these clouds and send them away. See these clouds recede and fade in the distance and finally disappear.

Take a deep breath and feel free. Feel light and happy. Smile. Imagine waking up with a feeling that all your problems have disappeared and all your worries are gone. Keep that feeling. Take a deep breath and say to yourself: “I’m happy! I’m free! I am lucky! I love myself!” And feel joy. Bring that peace into your heart and be at peace with yourself and the world. Serenity is the state of being calm and peaceful. Serenity is your natural state, so keep it. Don’t let your thoughts take it away from you. You are worthy and deserve to be happy. Be aware of the moment, be present and believe. Feel love. Feel gratitude. Ask for guidance. Be grateful for this moment and the guidance you’ve received. Pay attention and look for signs. Fear not. Remember that you are a wonderful creation of God, and you are so very loved.
