Our Thoughts Reflect Our Experience

Many studies have confirmed that our thoughts reflect our experience. It’s been said that the outside world is a reflection of what is going on inside, and that could be anything, resulting in, for example, something we read in the newspaper or see on the news or simply conditions manifesting in our physical body. Thus, whatever changes we want to see in the outside world, first we have to change the inside. It’s been said that the degree to which we don’t feel well and the degree to which we are not manifesting health is the degree to which we resist our health and well-being.

To be able to change our world for the better, we must work on ourselves, our thoughts, our perception, our feelings, and our energy. By changing what we think or how we feel about a certain situation, we can change our reality or any symptom in our physical body. Most importantly, we have to let go of fear, anger, judgment, jealousy, hate, guilt, and other feelings that create a toxic environment around us and lead to illness. Our thoughts are the mirror in which we see our world.

If we hate or fear, we vibrate on low frequencies and attract alike. That is why the more we fear, the more things to fear we attract.

Three Easy Ways to Change Our Reality

We are born to be free; we are born to be healthy; we are born as creators. Our thoughts create our reality. Therefore, if something is wrong, if we live in misery or chaos, if we experience brutality, if we live like losers, that means that our thoughts attract that kind of reality.

If our thoughts reflect our experience, what can we do to heal our reality?

1. Smile

There are numerous ways and techniques that can help. One of the easiest is smile: smile to yourself, smile to the flower, smile to your neighbour, smile to the sky… You can literally smile at everything and everybody. It is not going to be easy in the beginning, especially if you don’t get the smile back, but by practising it daily, you will see the positive changes, not just in your environment, but also in your physical body. When your brain picks up that smile, it will find a way of creating positive changes based on the fact that you are happy, even if the smile is fake. Your brain does not know the difference. So go on! Give it a go and SMILE.

2. Blessing

Another easy way to create your reality is blessing. Bless yourself and everybody else. Blessing other people, especially the ones who you depend on, or the ones who don’t like you or harm you in any way, will bring peace in your relationships, and those people will start to change their behaviour, or just get out of your way. Bless the food you eat, bless the water you drink and the food and water will bless your body and heal it.

3. Emotional Freedom Technique – EFT

Another easy technique is EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique. By tapping certain points – energy meridians on the side of your palm, face, collar bone, armpit and head, saying statements relevant to your condition or any problem in the world, you can bring up suppressed emotions, change your energy and heal that condition or situation. There are numerous videos and explanations you can simply Google and learn how to do it. If there is any problem, physical condition or unwanted situation that you are aware of, that means that the root is inside. That is your emotion that creates this condition.

Try for yourself and see how these techniques work for you. Share the knowledge with your family and friends and help them change their lives for the better.
