Walk Barefoot and be Happy and Healthy!

There are numerous spots on our palms and feet which are connected to various organs in our body. If we walk barefoot, we naturally massage these points, which improves the flow of energy in the body, as well as massages our vital organs. As we improve the flow of energy, we also stimulate blood circulation in our legs and other parts of the body. Improved circulation results in better tissue oxygenation and cleansing of cells of toxins. Walking barefoot on grass or sand is a great way to ground ourselves and connect with Mother Earth and her energy.

Urban life brings all that stress and hustle and bustle into our lives. It makes us just go through life without having time to stop, pay attention to the environment, breath, and be present. In fact, we were not created to live such a life. We are much more than just a physical body suffering from all these conditions and symptoms, nor the physical goods we want to possess. We are also energy, light, emotion, love… And that is what we have forgotten.

There are many benefits to walking barefoot. The more we practice barefoot walking, the more connected we become to nature. Walking barefoot allows us to ground ourselves and fill our body with the energy of the planet which is the healing energy. We also stimulate our senses so we start to feel that connection, and we start to see and hear more. Once we open our heart and expand our energy and love we get it back multiplied. When we send our blessings to everyone and everything, we are blessed. And suddenly the stress disappears – everyday problems disappear. It’s worth trying, isn’t it?

What we can do?

Whenever you can and the weather permits – take off your shoes and walk barefoot. If you are not used to it, do it slowly and carefully until you get used to it. Your feet will thank you for it. Walk on grass or sand. Take a moment to stop, close your eyes, and feel: feel the grass (sand) under your feet, feel the energy. And listen! What do you hear? Is it the chirping of birds or is it a breeze? Is it the leaves chattering in the treetop? These are just some of the many things you can experience. And smile! Smile at yourself, smile at the birds, smile at the trees… and feel the love that files up your heart and share it with the world. And it will gradually trigger the healing of your body, mind, and soul and will heal your world.
