External influences determine how we feel and how we think and we cannot find a way out.

Just walk to the park or forest and feel life – a constant source of vital energy and beauty, perfection in its creation, and diversity that lives in harmony with each other and nature. And let yourself recharge. Allow yourself to bring that wonderful peace into your heart and know that you are loved.
Breath in all that scent of nature that is so fresh and different from our normal environment. By breathing deeply, you will calm your mind and become more present in the moment. By being present you become more aware of who you are, a powerful being capable of creating!
