Energy in our Body

Paying attention to the energy in our body is very important. The healthy functioning of our body depends on the appropriate flow of energy through our meridians. If there is a disturbance in the flow of energy in any part of the body, our organs cannot function properly leading to an imbalance and the possible development of disease. When meridians flow without interruption, all organs receive enough energy for optimal work.

Energy flow can be improved by various techniques such as:

  • acupressure
  • acupuncture
  • massage
  • simply by tapping on the meridians

It is very important to ensure our energy body is healthy and full of life energy. This energy is often called prana or Qi energy.

energy in our body is very important

Living in a busy environment exposed to stressful emotional and mental energies, invisible electrical fields, and, toxic people depletes our life energy and affects us physically, mentally, and emotionally. When we lack the energy in our body, we become more anxious and stressed. Because we cannot replenish energy, many of us crave food, sugar, or energy drinks, which most of the time lead to diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and obesity. External influences determine how we feel and how we think and we cannot find a way out.

But there is always a way…. Simple, cheap and lovable!

Spend more time in nature.

Just walk to the park or forest and feel life – a constant source of vital energy and beauty, perfection in its creation, and diversity that lives in harmony with each other and nature. And let yourself recharge. Allow yourself to bring that wonderful peace into your heart and know that you are loved.

Breath in all that scent of nature that is so fresh and different from our normal environment. By breathing deeply, you will calm your mind and become more present in the moment. By being present you become more aware of who you are, a powerful being capable of creating!
