The Power Of Thoughts
Thoughts come and go, and as such, they don’t have a big impact on our lives. However, the thoughts that come back, the thoughts that we pay attention to, the thoughts that we deal with, the thoughts that make us not feel good, or the thoughts that are there because we do not feel good – these thoughts carry a certain vibration, which, if those thoughts become primary, significantly affect our lives and create our reality.
It’s been said that the outside world is a reflection of what is going on inside, and that could be anything, resulting as for example, something we read in the newspaper or see on the news or simply conditions manifesting in our physical body. Thus, whatever changes we want to see in the outside world, first we have to change the inside. It’s been said that the degree to which we don’t feel well and the degree to which we are not manifesting health is the degree to which we resist to our health and well-being.

Our Thoughts Have Power
Our thoughts can create health, wealth and happiness, or poverty, sickness and pain. We can dream of a perfect life, health and wealth, but if our thoughts go against us, then they create a reality that is not our dream life. Our thoughts have no power as long as we do not give them power by engaging in them or identifying with them. When we engage with a certain thought, we begin to feel emotions, so we vibrate at the frequency of that emotion.
The thoughts we constantly think about begin to shape our reality and affect our actions and activities, our behaviour and attitude. Therefore, if we engage with negative thoughts, we attract alike, and this is related to everything, from health, wealth and work, to love, friendships and success. A great part of our thoughts come from our subconsciousness. Our thoughts impact our words and that governs our actions. These actions then define our habits and this creates our character. And all that determines the quality of our life.

Things you can do to change your thoughts:
- Observe your thoughts – simply notice the thoughts, and watch them as they come and go.
- Let go of thoughts – let the thoughts pass – pay attention to the present moment instead of engaging with thoughts.
- Be mindful – focus on your breathing, or create a journal.
- Put on music – enjoying beautiful music can improve your mood.
- Take a nature walk – observe the surroundings.
- Talk about your thoughts – share your thoughts with a friend.
- Meditate – have a peaceful time for yourself.
Whatever you think about yourself creates the beliefs that determine your actions and behaviours. If you think that you are not worthy or capable of doing something – you will not even try. You will strengthen that belief with every mistake you make along the way. And those thoughts create your life. If you want to change your life –change your thoughts first.
