It’s raining again! If you are feeling down, it’s not your imagination. Bad weather can have a negative effect on our emotions. - Take a bath. A bath is a great way to relax. Fill your bath with warm water, add some bath salts or bath bombs, add some bath oils and soak for at least 30 minutes. - Look at old photos. Seeing your family and friends, remembering great moments, and looking at your trips and adventures, will immediately put you into a better headspace.

Depending on what of your books you like, by reading you can immerse yourself in new adventures or perhaps get some life-changing advice. Either way, reading is a great way to relax.
- Watch a movie. Watching your favourite rom-com is a great way to get into a better mood. So, make popcorn, sit on your favourite sofa, and enjoy the movie.

- Journal. Write down three to five things for which you feel grateful. Think about all the good people, experiences, and things in your life instead of taking them for granted.
