There are many points on the palms and feet which are connected to various organs in the body. If you walk barefoot, you naturally massage these points, which improves the flow of energy in the body, as well as massages the vital organs. As the energy flow improves, the blood circulation in the legs and other parts of the body improves, too. Improved circulation results in better tissue oxygenation and cleansing of cells of toxins. Walking barefoot on grass or sand is a great way to for grounding and connecting with Mother Earth and her energy.

Benefits of barefoot walking

There are many benefits to walking barefoot. The more you practice barefoot walking, the more connected you become to nature. Walking barefoot allows you to ground yourselves and fill your body with the energy of the planet which is the healing energy. Pay attention to the environment, connect with nature and feel the beauty inside. Along the way, you will begin to feel that you need these walks and you will feel happy and fulfilled. You can also join the walking group in your local community, make new friends and stay motivated.
