- 2 onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 900 ml filtered water
- 4 tbs plain flour

- 2 + 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
Dill Sauce:
- 200 g Greek yoghurt, traditional style
- Himalayan salt, to taste
- 2 -3 pickles, finely grated
- ¼ cup dill, finely chopped
Directions:
Step 1
Soak the vegetables in a baking soda solution for 15 minutes, then rinse and dry.
Step 2
Chop the cabbage and put it in a medium-sized saucepan. Add filtered water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add salt, dry seasoning, and pepper and mix well to combine. Cook for 20 minutes, or until the cabbage is cooked. Strain the water and leave the cabbage to cool.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until the garlic is slightly golden brown and fragrant. Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes, or until it is translucent and cooked through. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Step 4
Meanwhile, whisk the eggs and spices in a medium bowl, until well combined.

Step 5
Add the onion mixture to the cabbage and stir well to combine. Add flour to the egg mixture and mix well. Pour the egg mixture over the cabbage mixture and mix well to combine.

Step 6
Pour the oil into a medium-sized frying pan and heat over medium heat. Take the cabbage mixture with a spoon, put it into the oil, and press with the spoon to flatten it. Add 3 more patties and fry them for 3 minutes on each side. Place the patties on a paper towel to drain the oil. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
