You can use any fruit or vegetables to make it, but here are three Smoothie Bowls recipes that taste great:
Blueberry and Banana Smoothie Bowl
- 200 g blueberries
- 1 banana
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- 5 dates
- 250 ml almond or soy milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Fruity Smoothie Bowl
- 200 g mixed barriers
- 1 Banana
- 70 g granola
- 100 ml almond or soy milk
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- 100 ml coconut water
Tropical Smoothie Bowl
- 200 g mango
- 150 g pineapple
- 1 banana
- 250 ml coconut water or almond milk
- pinch of Himalayan salt
Directions
- Wash fruits and vegetables in baking soda solution to remove pesticides
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30-45 seconds.
- Add fluids.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Add walnut, almond, coconut, chia seeds or mixed fruit on the top.
