Celery Juice

Celery is a popular low-calorie snack, and may provide a range of health benefits such as reducing blood pressure, preventing cancer, preventing rheumatic problems, preventing asthma and bronchitis, and boosting the immune system. Celery stalks, leaves and celery seeds all provide nutritional benefits, but most importantly, celery contains two powerful antioxidants luteolin and apigenin, which can help with inflammation, cancer, and nerves. It can be used in different ways, such as eating raw, adding to a smoothie or making celery juice.

Celery juice is low calorie- high nutritious drink that is low in sugar and contains potassium and vitamins A, C, and K. There are a lot of celery juice benefits. It contains antioxidants that boost immunity and heals the gut by restoring hydrochloric acid which improve digestion. The studies have shown that this healthy juice lowers blood pressure and is a natural anti-inflammatory which reduces chronic joint pain and rheumatoid arthritis. 

Make Celery Juice in a High-Speed Blender

  1. Grab a bunch of celery and cut off the top of the stalks and the base and wash it thoroughly in baking soda solution, then rinse under running water.
  2. Chop the celery stalks and place them into high-speed blender.
  3. Add 100 ml of water.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Place blended celery into a nut milk bag and use your hands to squeeze the celery juice through the bag.
  6. Serve the juice immediately.

Make Celery Juice in a Juicer

  1. Grab a bunch of celery and cut off the top of the stalks and the base and wash it thoroughly in baking soda solution, then rinse under running water.
  2. Feed the celery stalks through the feeding tube of your juicer.
  3. Serve the juice immediately.

Tip: You can use the base of the celery to grow your own plant in a pot.
