Ingredients:
- 2 l filtered water
- 1 medium lemon sliced
- 1 medium cucumber sliced
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 12 leaves of mint
Directions:
- Wash lemon, cucumber, ginger and mint leaves in baking soda solution
- Grate the ginger finely
- Thinly slice the lemon and cucumber, with peel
- Pour 2 l water in a glass jar with lid
- Add all the ingredients to the water and stir slightly. Cover with lid and place in the fridge overnight
- Strain water and drink throughout the day
