- Prevention of Hair Loss and Promotion of Hair Growth
Mix 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon of raw honey and 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.
Apply to dry hair in circular motions massaging the head and leave for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and wash your hair with your favourite shampoo.
Cinnamon improves circulation in the scalp and strengthens the follicle. You can replace olive oil with organic coconut oil. You will see change quickly. Use this remedy 1-2 times a week, until you are satisfied with the result.
- Treatment of Insect Bites
For treating insect bites, mix 2 tbs of warm water, 1 tablespoon of raw honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and stir well to combine. Rub the mixture on the injection site. Repeat if necessary.
The unpleasant symptoms of burning, pain and itching should disappear after 1-2 minutes.
- Face Mask
Mix 1 teaspoon of cinnamon with 2 teaspoons of raw honey until combined.
Apply to face and neck in a circular motion and leave for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Apply it up to once a week.
