As for cooking, vegetable broth cubes are a good option to get as many vitamins and minerals as possible and add some flavour to dishes. But the problem is that with vegetable broth cubes we also get artificial flavours and colours, added fat, sugar, sodium, preservatives, flavour enhancers and other chemicals which can be found in processed foods. Today we bring you a recipe for healthy homemade vegetable broth cubes, without chemicals tailored to your taste. It’s easy to make, it’s fun and you’ll be proud of it.
