Beetroot Juice

Beetroot juice recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium beetroots
  • 1 apple
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1 handful of fresh parsley leaves

Directions:

Wash and peel the beets and ginger, wash the apple, parsley and lemon. Put the ingredients in the juicer and process. If you don’t have a juicer, you can use a blender and strain the juice. Drink it every day for 30 days.

Beetroot contains oxalates, so if you have gout or kidney stones, it is recommended to consult your doctor before consuming beetroot juice.
