When You Feel Unloved
When you feel unloved, love another with no expectation of anything in return. It will come anyway – that is the Law. There are many definitions and many kinds of love. We can love our partner, our children, our friends, our pets, our job, our car, our home, our life, our body, our neighbours….
We can love more or less, more or less passionately, we can love temporarily or forever, we can just think or say we love and not really love, we can be happy that we love or be unhappy about it. But unconditional love is what brings us to peace with ourselves and the world around us.

Be of Service
When you feel alone, be of service. Serve another. Even the smallest smile or one kind word is a service to the one who may be caught in delusion or isolation. Peace is something that makes everyone feel good. Being at peace with yourself and others is a blessing we all want in our lives. Peace is a choice. Choose to be at peace and change your life for the better. Share a positive thought, offer a hand to those in need, be the light and shine to light the way for those who cannot yet see through the darkness.
Practice Gratitude
Practicing gratitude is easy and anyone can do it. You can start today, and in just a few days it can become a habit. For some it will come naturally, for others, it will take some effort, but everyone succeeds in the end. Just take a few minutes a day to think of two or three things you are grateful for, such as your family members, friends, career, health, pets, home or anything else that makes you happy. You can express your gratitude mentally, verbally, or by writing it down. Choose the procedure that suits you. You can choose to start your day with gratitude or reflect before bed. You can choose to do both. Do whatever you resonate with.

Focus on the Good
Focusing on the good things instead of the bad can change your world. If you focus on the good things, you give them your energy and they begin to grow and change your reality. Therefore, focus on peace instead of war. Focus on abundance instead of lack. Focus on the things you have instead of the things you want in your life. And above all, be grateful for the things that you have, share your love and blessings, be emphatic, connect with nature and whenever negative thoughts come, let them go and focus on positive ones.
Choose to Be Happy
Happiness is a choice. When we are not happy, we easily blame it on others or circumstances. But what if for every critic we find one thing to be grateful for? What if for every complaint we find one blessing in our life and appreciate it? Happiness is a choice. We cannot be happy if we constantly see only bad things around us. By focusing on the good things, we can change our lives for the better. So, choose to be happy!

You are Always Loved
Love is all around you; Love is your breath, heartbeat, gaze, your feeling, your thoughts, blue sky, birds chirping, wind in your hair, morning dew, love is a song, verse, rainbow colours, love is the infinity that surrounds you…. Love was created for you; Love is YOU. So, whenever you feel unloved, remember that the Universe always loves you just the way you are. Love yourself, love others, be aware of the things around you and enjoy them.
