Homemade Avocado Yoghurt Sauce

Homemade Avocado-Yoghurt Sauce

Serves: 2

Preparation: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 large avocado, peeled, seed removed
  • ½ cup Greek-style yoghurt
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • ½ cup fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • ÂĽ tsp Himalayan salt
  • ÂĽ tsp ground black pepper

Directions:

Step 1

Add yoghurt, avocado, garlic and parsley to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to the mixture and mix well to combine.
