Focusing on good things, instead of the bad, can change your life faster than you can imagine. So, focus on the good!

Whether you are aware of it, or not, your thoughts create your reality. Thoughts come and go, and as such, they don’t have a big impact on your life. However, the thoughts that come back, the thoughts that you pay attention to, the thoughts that make you not feel good, or the thoughts that are there because you do not feel good – these thoughts carry a certain vibration, which, if those thoughts become primary, significantly affect your life and create your reality.

Things that Your Thoughts Can Do to You

Your thoughts can create health, wealth and happiness, or poverty, sickness and pain. You can dream of a perfect life, health and wealth, but if your thoughts go against you, then they create a reality that has nothing to do with your dream life. Your thoughts have no power as long as you do not give them power by engaging in them or identifying with them. When you engage with a certain thought, you begin to feel emotions and vibrate at the frequency of that emotion.

What Goes on When You Focus

The thoughts you constantly think about begin to shape your reality, influencing your actions and activities, your behaviour and attitude. By focusing on things or thoughts you give them your energy. The things and thoughts you focus on begin to grow and influence your life even more. So, if you focus on negative thoughts, you attract similar, and this applies to everything, from health, wealth and work, to love, friendships and success. Much of your thoughts come from your subconsciousness. Your thoughts influence your words and that rules your actions. These actions then define your habits and this creates your character. And all that determines the quality of your life.

Focusing on the Bad

Everything in the world has energy. The more energy, the more power. If you focus on bad things, they become stronger. Also, if you focus on war, for example, more wars will appear in your life. If you focus on poverty, you will experience more poverty. By focusing on the bad, you feed the bad and it grows. The outer world is a reflection of what is going on inside and that could be anything that arises from, for example, something you read in the newspaper or saw on the news, or simply a state that manifests in your physical body. Thus, whatever changes you want to see in the outer world, you must first change from within.

Focusing on the Good

Focusing on the good things instead of the bad can change your world. If you focus on the good things, you give them your energy and they begin to grow and change your reality. Therefore, focus on peace instead of war. Focus on abundance instead of lack. Focus on the things you have instead of the things you want in your life. And above all, be grateful for the things that you have, share your love and blessings, be emphatic, connect with nature and whenever negative thoughts come, let them go and focus on positive ones. You will soon start to live a wonderful life
