In today’s world, especially if we live in cities, we are exposed to a large number of different types of pollution. Pollution comes from mining, industrial production, chemical cleaners, farming, chemical poisons used in agriculture, chemical water treatment, burying waste in landfills or the oceans, to name a few, even if the list is endless.
A modern lifestyle that includes sedentary activities, lack of movement, staying awake late into the night, snacks and a diet rich in unhealthy fats and sugar contributes to our body losing the ability to detoxify to the required extent. The amount of toxins introduced into the body is much higher than it should be, which creates additional pressure on the organs responsible for detoxification. This creates blockages that lead to various diseases.
As we know, the modern diet is rich in saturated fats, added sugars, additives, flavour enhancers, artificial colours and flavours, which lead to obesity, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease and diabetes. But a modern diet can also cause a lack of nutrients, which can alter bodily functions and processes at the cellular level. Thus, nutrient deficiency can make us feel weak or tired, can cause headaches or rapid heartbeat, can disrupt digestion, can cause bleeding gums, but if left untreated, nutrient deficiencies can also cause serious conditions.

- Purify the air in your home with healthy plants that attract good energy.
- Light a white sage incense stick in your home to neutralise harmful airborne microorganisms.

- Listen to relaxing music or a recording of sounds in nature, like the chirping of birds, the sound of the sea, the sound of leaves in the tree.
- Eliminate electromagnetic smog in your home using a Himalayan salt lamp. You can also add ionisers and EMF harmonisers to your home, cell phone and car.
- Use crystals for protection and attract good energy into your home.
