Focus on the Good and Heal

Focusing on the good means that you can try to find something good in all situations and circumstances. Your energy goes where your attention is. By keeping your attention on positive things, you ensure that they get charged, so you attract alike. Focus on the good and heal – it’s easy!

Think Positive, focus on good and heal

Thinking positive and being positive does not mean that you deliberately blind yourself and do not see the bad things around you and the chaos in the world. This doesn’t mean that you have not suffered enough and that you don’t know how painful it is. When you focus on the positive things, you don’t really ignore negative things that exist in your life, but by focusing on the positive, you can live better, your health becomes better, and you can help. You can transform negative energy into something positive, which helps you get stronger, stand up taller and develop better. This is why you must always return to positive thoughts and remind yourself to stay positive.

With all the suffering and bad things happening around the world, you have two choices: First, to cry, feel angry, judgmental, and vengeful all the time, but that will not stop those things. On the contrary, it will make you suffer, and ruin your health, relationships and your whole life. Another choice is to open your heart and send your love and blessings to all those in need. If you put people who are suffering in the light of love, you will help to balance this energy of chaos. You will help balance out all the negative energy in areas where people are suffering.

How to Stay Positive?

There are numerous ways and techniques that can help you stay positive, such as:

1. Smile – One of the easiest ways to feel happy and stay positive is to smile: smile to yourself, smile to the people around you, smile to the plants, to the animals and the sky. When your brain picks up that smile, it will find a way of creating changes based on the fact that you are happy, even if the smile is fake. Your brain does not know the difference.

2. Practising Blessings – Bless yourself and the others. Blessing other people, especially those whom you depend on or don’t like, will bring peace to your relationships. Bless the food you eat, bless the water you drink and the food and water will bless your body and heal.

3. Count your blessings – Blessings are all around you if you set the intention to see them. Once you start noticing and counting your blessings, you shift your focus from “lack” to “abundance”, you feel blessed, you feel happy, and you feel grateful. There is so much to be grateful for! When you feel blessed, happy and grateful,l you have a higher vibration and you attract alike. The more grateful you are – the more comes to you to be grateful for. The more blessed you feel, the more blessings will come your way. Start counting your blessings and move toward a life that was meant for you with grace, courage, strength and self-confidence.

4. Be grateful Practising gratitude is easy and anyone can do it. You can start today, and in just a few days, it can become a habit. For some, it will come naturally, for others it will take some effort, but everyone succeeds in the end. Just take a few minutes a day to think of two or three things you are grateful for, such as: your family members, friends, career, health, pets, home or anything else that makes you happy. You can express your gratitude mentally, verbally, or writing it down. Choose the procedure that suits you. You can choose to start your day with gratitude or reflect before bed. You can choose to do both. Do whatever you resonate with.

5. Breathe – Whenever you feel stuck, take a few deep breaths. Inhale what serves you, exhale what does not.

6. Flow Instead of trying to be the best, the first, the only, FLOW. Remember to float while resting, regroup and listen to inner guidance.

Focus on the good and heal – YES, it’s that easy!
